  great followups and very professional. Have contacted 3 local agents to represent me in Ocean Grove, only this office contacted me within 24 hours and have 3-4 full and helpful discussions re my site. Yet other agents have no followups. This office is helpful and eager for business, and this is the company I want to sell my property. As a Melbourne property developer myself who deal with agents all the time, I am impressed.

  Absolutely Amazing!
  Lee and the Team at Bellarine Property are absolutely amazing! We recently Sold our Property in Curlewis with Bellarine Property and they went above and beyond.
  
  The communication and process was straight forward and very clear for us. The Advertisement and Photography for our property was nothing short of amazing. Most likely a contributing factor for us selling within 2 weeks during a Pandemic of all times!

  BEWARE!
  Worst realestate I have ever rented through in my whole life. Sarah Bailey not only is rude, arrogant and unprofessional but also thinks it's safe for water to leak through lighting fixtures and for the doors not to lock to the outside world. Leaving the property unsecured and dangerous. Best of luck to you. hope you don't get her as your property manager!

  We find that Bellarine Property has been extremely efficient in the turnaround time to get the property ready and marketed on major platforms.
  
  Both Tom and Lee have updated us consistently on the progress of the inspections conducted and the feedback from the potential buyers. It is a bit of luck when it comes to selling, but both of them have been persistent and strived to achieve the best outcome for us before the end of the exclusive period.
