  It's a caravan park Google, not a hotel! It's in a great location close to lots of things on the bellerine peninsula. Nice beaches both for swimming, surfing, wineries, restaurants, and only about 25 klms from a major city of Geelong. Caravan Park has both powered and unpowered sites, cabins, and two bedroom houses for rent. I spent four great days in the caravan park.

  Arrived late @ 5:30, thought reception was open till 6pm(as what is posted on there website) I was wrong, yes it says 5pm on google search, luckily reception staff were still in the office. Once I was allowed inside, was told my goldstream goldstar rv camper trailer was too big for the site I had booked next to the beach (5.8m) and would be allocated another site 220, which ended up being next to the boom gates (beautiful view I must say). Plus the site was next to the main thoroughfare for patrons heading to the shops and pub. After setting up and trying to get a sleep in on Friday morning instead being woken up from the Friday morning traffic along Blyth drv, yay. Walked down to where I was meant to be camping with the two kids and to my surprise there were vans bigger than mine parked on the nearby sites. My site was meant to be 162. Which is at the opposite end of where I was allocated when arriving. Maybe the reception staff were annoyed with me as they tried contacting me on Thursday afternoon to find out what time I was arriving as I had 4 missed calls from them. But it's pretty hard to answer your phone when you're trying to organise your van, pick up kids from school and then trying so hard to get on the road as quickly as possible and kids nagging you "daddy can l use your phone " I have stayed at numerous caravan parks before and I always received confirmation two days before arriving, not the afternoon on arriving. Spoke with reception staff on leaving, the lady said they changed my site because of the football match on Saturday, they had bollards up and I wouldn't have been able to get my caravan in to my site. (Pure lie)
  When questioned whether the lady could remember me when I checked in on Thursday night, she had no memory of me. (Another lie). Be careful when you stay here, because it ain't that good, hence why the star rating is slowly coming down.

  Awesome caravan park. We had a dream site right on the water. Great service from staff and good value! Will be recommending.

  We have been booking a cabin on the water front for years !! However not again .. Laura’s cabin is now over $300 a night & it’s very tired , smelly & the furniture has seen better days .. The view & location is fabulous, but not the accommodation for the price …

  Helen at front office was so accommodating as we co-ordinated 5 different family groups staying across various nights, utilising campsite, cabins and the amazing accessible cuttlefish cottage for my elderly parents. Great clean and well appointed cabins, the campsite was level and well drained, campsite showers do have 5 minute time limit for campsites - but are hot and powerful, clean and plenty of facilities. Great location with short stroll to the beach and great local coffee shops and specialty stores. Great river of kayaking and SUPs - as long as you are being mindful of tides.
  Highly recommend and truly made our family holiday the best ever - for all ages.
